When you commission a Niksi design, you choose one of our featured styles (Horizon, Flourish, Aspire, or Jubilee) ; then we make something totally custom for you based off that! We select the best blooms and palettes the season has to offer (always unique and local whenever possible!) Want a sneak peek?  Follow us on IG for our weekly floral hauls!

Got a specific color or flower in mind? Pop it in the order notes or give us a ring! We'll do our best to make it happen, but because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability substitutions may be necessary but will be chosen for the same “look and feel”  

One-Sided Wonders: If your arrangement will be placed against a wall or front of a ceremony, please indicate this in the order notes, and we'll create a design optimized for one-sided viewing!

Custom Creations: Want to hand-pick every petal and the perfect vase? Come on down to the shop! We love collaborating with your inspiration and can create a truly one-of-a-kind piece on the fly! Plan for the price of supplies, a 20% designer fee, and watch the masters at work!

24 hours' notice is appreciated, but we often accommodate same-day orders (call us to check availability!)

Events and funeral work: These special arrangements often need a little extra love and planning. For sympathy or funeral orders with specific delivery times, please give us as much notice as possible so we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Ring ahead: We'll give your recipient a heads-up before we arrive, as flowers are delicate darlings and can't be left outside. 

If No One's Home: If our delivery driver arrives and no one's there to greet the blooms, we might try a friendly neighbor, bring the flowers back to the shop for pickup, or attempt a redelivery the next business day (for an additional fee).

Hospital Happenings: We'll deliver your gift bouquet according to the hospital's rules (most don't let us personally deliver to rooms). If delivering to an ICU patient, please check hospital policy before ordering as many are not allowed to receive flowers.  

Porch Warnings: We strongly discourage leaving flowers on doorsteps or porches. Our floral friends are sensitive to weather and other outdoor adventures, so we can't guarantee their happiness in those conditions.

Uber Adventures: On rare occasions, if our trusty delivery driver is unavailable, we may be utilizing the services of Uber deliveries. If any issues arise, just give us a shout!

Out-of-State Escapades: For now, we're keeping our floral adventures local. We don't offer out-of-state deliveries, and any orders from outside our delivery zone will be canceled.

Delivery and Pickup Times: We are open: 

• Tuesday through Saturday 11-7 (pickups anytime, afternoon deliveries)
• Sunday 12-5 walk in/pick ups only (we’ll always have flowers in the cooler!)
• Closed Mondays

A Few Size Notes:

• Stem counts include greens, but we're all about the blooms and architectural greens! This means your arrangement might look a tad smaller than some more dated styles, but we don't think you'll miss all the green fluff! 
• These are just general guidelines for size and stem count. Flower numbers vary depending on the style, the season, and how fancy the flowers are.
• Our more budget-friendly options feature fewer premium flowers, while our Mod+ sizes get progressively luxer!
• Vase sizes are approximate—just to give you a sense of scale.

Your happiness is our top priority! Due to the perishable nature of our product, we unfortunately cannot offer returns. However, if you're not completely smitten with the quality of your Niksi creation, please contact us immediately, and we'll promptly take the appropriate action.
